What data I process and why

• Contact and booking forms (name, email, message and any attachments you choose to send): to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures at your request. Retention: while the enquiry is handled and afterwards only as long as needed for legal obligations.
• Free downloads (email): to send you the download link. Legal basis: your request and consent.
• News and promotions (email): only if you tick the consent box in the download form. Legal basis: your explicit consent. Retention: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. I only write to people who have confirmed their email by opening the link sent to them.
• Students area (display name, username, encrypted password, progress, scheduled classes): to provide the mentoring service. Legal basis: performance of the contracted service. Retention: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the applicable legal periods.

What I do not do

• I do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
• I do not use analytics, tracking pixels or profile-based advertising.
• I do not store your IP address linked to your email. It is only used temporarily to curb abuse.

Recipients and providers

Only the providers needed to deliver the service can access data, under data-processing agreements:

• Hetzner Online GmbH: hosting of the site and database (servers located in the United States, Ashburn, Virginia). The international transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses in the provider contract.
• IONOS: the info@danielledrums.com mailbox and sending of emails.
• Cloudflare: DNS and file storage for the students area.
• Google/YouTube: only if you press “play” on an embedded video (see the cookie policy).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@danielledrums.com, stating the right you are exercising. You can withdraw your consent at any time; every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minimum age

The services on this site are aimed at people aged 14 or over. If you are younger, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.

Security

I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), data access only with personal credentials, personal expiring download links, encrypted passwords. No system is infallible; if a breach affecting your data occurs, I will notify you as required by law.

Changes

If this policy changes materially I will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
